An outbreak of Salmonella Senftenberg was linked to a Grant County, Washington, Arby's Restaurant. The outbreak began in February and persisted into the summer months. The outbreak strain of Salmonella was isolated from a meat slicer. In addition, four food workers were confirmed to be infected with Salmonella.
