2010 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 at Folklorma, Manitoba, Canada
An outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 occurred among people who attended the Folklorama in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The majority of the cases had eaten at the Russian Pavilion during the first week of August. The suspected vehicle of infection was fruit compote which was likely cross contaminated with raw meat juices.
