2015 Salmonella at Heritage Corner Assisted Living, Bowling Green, Ohio

In May 2015 Wood County Health District and Ohio Department of Health staff investigated an outbreak of Salmonella among residents of the Heritage Corner Assisted Living facility. Eighteen residents were confirmed with Salmonella. Two patients died.
