Minnesota Restaurant Unknown May, 1995
An outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium occurred at a Minnesota restaurant. The vehicle was never determined, however 13 of the 60 food workers that underwent a stool test were shown to be carrying the outbreak strain of Salmonella Typhimurium. Illness in food workers preceded illness in restaurant patrons.
