Murry's Meat Ground Beef 2005
A ground beef recall resulted from the investigation into an illness caused by E. coli O157:H7 that resulted in hospitalization. An indistinguishable strain of E. coli O157:H7 was isolated from a sample of the ground beef consumed by this person. The ground beef had been purchased through the McGuire Air Force Base Commissary in New Jersey and had been produced by Murry's Meat, a Pennsylvania based firm.
