Quantum Foods and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar Beef 2004

Four laboratory confirmed, E.coli O157:H7 illnesses were linked to the consumption of beef eaten at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar Restaurants in Colorado. The investigation revealed that the beef was produced, in June, by Quantum Foods, an Illinois meat processor. The products implicated were sirloin steaks, bladed steaks, and ground beef and had been shipped nationwide.
