Salmonella Outbreak Linked to El Patron Restuarant, Russellvile, Alabama 2014

On June 12, 2014 the Alabama Department of Public Health announced an investigation of an outbreak of Salmonella among patrons of El Patron Restaurant located on US Highway 43 in Russellville, Alabama. Ill patrons ate at the restaurant on June 4 and June 5. As of June 20, there were 14 laboratory confirmed cases. None of the people interviewed had been hospitalized.
