Sekiya's Restaurant Unknown 2007

An outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 began in December, 2007, when six patrons of Sekiya's Restaurant developed infections caused by E. coli O157:H7. It was thought that the food handling violations discovered in December were corrected, however additional cases occurred in February, 2008. Again food handling violations were detected. The exact vehicle for the outbreak was not described.
